Inspiration for the piece:

Letting people know that you are not alone. Your past does not define you. I wanted to share my pain and what I've struggled with growing up. That I was able to let go and move on from it and grow. Being free in my mind, body and spirit. Knowing that I changed and living in my truth.

What role does art play in your life?

Art is very therapeutic and soothing to me. When I want to escape my thoughts I take on to sketching ideas and aalm my mind, body and soul. It plays an important role in my life. It is a way to express myself in a safe space.
